Help With Military Items

Featured Replies

I have posted on here before I had a brother in law that was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He passed away in 2011. Now my sister he was married to passed away in January this year. Being a co executor of the estate we have cleaned out the house and have it up for sale. We have my BILs navy uniform and his storage trunk. Does anyone know what we can do with these items to make sure they are properly stored and cared for? Any help is appreciated.

If you are looking to donate, I'd start with Navy History and Heritage Command.  Also, check with local American Legion and VFW.  They should know of local military museums that might be interested.

Contact your local American Legion.
