Torn between the two. Already have a Feather in the heavy model and love it. Looking for a new rod dedicated specifically to wacky rig/t-rig senkos. The new custom light looks promising as well though. The Feather I would get the 6'9" medium and in the custom light i'd get the 7" all purpose model. Which would you go with? Buy the Lew's rod it's made well, and is great in your hand when fishing.  I have a Pro Custom med spinning by Lew's and it's my favorite bass rod ever, I've owned all brands!

Also the Phenix doesn't come in ML.   A light rod is different if you are catching a good size fish. Senkos and wacky rig worms can be thrown on either power rod, it's totally preference as to what you like, not that either rod won't do the job.  

That Phoenix looks awesome. Now, I don't buy gear just for how it looks.... well almost never.. I really, really try... I want one..

I have several Phenix rods, along with rods from Daiwa, Shimano, Dobyns and one St. Croix spinning rod. 

 

I went on a vision quest for the perfect Senko rod a couple years back. Specifically one that would excel at throwing weightless wacky 5" Senkos, mostly in the #297 color (not that the color impacts the performance of the rod in any way, LOL). I was throwing w/w 5" Senkos more than everything else combined, so I felt it was worth it to find a combo that really performed well.

 

At the end of that journey, the biggest takeaway for me was to realize that the perfect Senko rod for everyone simply doesn't exist. There are so many ways and environments to fish a w/w Senko in, and I would just say that I would like to hear more about the conditions you fish in before I would offer a suggestion.

 

If you fished in similar conditions as I do, I would happily tell you what I have found. The fact that you're considering a light power rod tells me that you might be.
