Hi. I am wondering if anybody has expertise on the ark Cobb series rods. I am questioning about buying one and want to know more about your experiences with it before buying it. Thanks. 

Tough to beat in it's price range. Same can be said for all the Ark series. 

The blanks are good.  Check out the new lancers.  They moving away from the heavy clunky Fazlite guides and going with SS and Zirconium.  I think the SS guides are cheaper, but they're lighter and I've never had any issues with Alps or Fuji SS guides trains.  

I don't have experience with the Cobb series, but I have been happy with Catalyzer, Tharp, and Invoker LE series I have.

I own an Essence that I'm a fan of. That's the extent of my Ark experience though. I've been told the Tharp series are great as well
