Hey guys l threw tubes for the first time today and loved em.  Super cool action. I threw standard ones with exposed hooks and immediately kept getting fouled up in weeds. So I rigged a stupid rig for the first time and immediately noticed that it's really hard to do on anything smaller than 3 in. Even my 2.5 in ones couldn't even really hold the hook. My little 2-in net bait tubes don't have a chance.

 

I have a pretty decent selection of hooks. I have the VMC, trokar, venom and one or two more that I can't think of. 

 

Are there any smaller hooks for stupid rigs?

You can use heads that are meant for weedless Ned Rigs like the Z-Man Nedlock and lots of others.  They are available with 2/0 and 1/0 hooks that should be short enough for your short tubes.

Try a vmc weighed wacky! I've been using those with the small gitzits stupid rigged. I use baitfuel to lubricate everything.

 

The cable weed guard version is kinda nice for adding a little rigidity too.

Nope! You can just let it run straight down the tube.

I ned rig tubes or put them on a tube jig. Tubes are one of my confidence baits fishing in clear water, clean bottom and a spinning rod. I definitely need to start T rigging them more. I fish bigger tubes though. Like 3.5 inch strike king coffee tubes. Just bought some 4 inch stupid tubes  to try this year

Are you asking about 'Stupid' rigging, which is done with some form of a jig, or Texas rigging which is done with hooks like you mentioned?
