I want to get a 1 pc. 7 ft. graphite spinning rod with plenty of backbone for worms, senkos, ikas,, etc... when I am fishing weightless.   I need to keep it under 100.00.  

Any ideas???  BPS and Cabelas do not seem to have what I am looking for.

Spinning rods are lighter than their trigger counterparts, a MH spinning is pretty much like a M trigger, so if you want backbone look for a higher power rated rod ( H )

You say you want plenty of backbone, good quality but under $100.

Compre and Clarus rods have what you are looking for, now the catch is what you prefer, Extra Fast/Fast action or Fast action only ?

Compres are either ExF or F ( around $80 )

Clarus are Fast ( around $60-70 )

I 've fished with both and from the two for that purpose you want it for ( weightless soft plastics ) I 'd take the Compre.

BPS and Cabelas should have what you are looking for.

Take a look at an AllStar SRMHTN.  I use one for just what you described, also for vertical jigging silver buddies.  The TN designates a Tennessee handle, but they also make it with a reel seat if that's your bag.

Have you check Reeds, I got just what you are looking for in the St. Croix Premier in their 2005 model clearance.  I got 3 rods and free shipping and I think I paid about $50 per rod.  Very nice and versatile rod too.  

In baitcasters I am 99.9% a MH guy but, about two years ago for my bday a friend gave me a Extreme BPS 6'6" med  8-17 lb line baitcasting rod. I have to admit, it is a great rod for Senkos. I have caught a ton of fish on this rod. They are reasonable too at 99.00.

Yep I have only good things to say about Reeds, the only problem is they are out of the rod you want, I must have gotten the last one, although ideally I want a 6'6" one because my girlfriend uses it and she thinks it is too long.  Good luck on your search.
