Is there any good alternative oil to the Shimano Bantam B-100 out there?
I've been using Lucas Fishing Oil (the blue bottle with red cap from amazon) on my Vanford / Stradic Ci4 but dont know if its good enough or worth using it on the Vanquish 2024?
I can buy Shimano SSRO-01 Oil too is it better than Lucas?

 

PS: For grease i currently have Penn (the blue grease) but will be buying Shimano Grease ACE-0 (DG01)

I use the oil currently made by Abu Garcia as a substitute for the bantam oil that used to come with the reels as I can get it at my local tackle shop.

 

it seems fine and I don't notice any difference. and it comes in a much bigger bottle. I use it on both my shimano baitcasters and spinning reels.

always using it and it is awsome. But only on non Shimano reels and for Shimano reels always buying from eBay.
