What do you like? And what is better about it?

If you are not wanting to spend over 100 bucks the only reel you should look at would be the Pflueger Trion.  It is a very smooth reel and is pretty tough.  There are not many baitcast reels under 100.  I work at Sportsmans Warehouse and I can personally tell you that this would be the way to go.  Stay away from the Daiwa Procaster, Pflueger Purist and Echelon, and the Shimano Corvalus.  Those are all cheaply made reels.

I'll disagree with the previous poster, I have the Daiwa Procaster 100HL 6+1 (the black reel) that retails for $69, Have had it for 3 years, beat the snot out of it, clean and lube....like new. BPS Extreme reel's are also good reels for less than $100. I just got a Quantum Accurist AC501C ($79 range), I like the way it looks and feels, but have yet to fish with it. It also has a flipping switch if that matters to you.

The Revo S hands down.  It packs some serious punch with 24lbs of drag.  Strap some braid on that puppy and your good to go.

i know its more then a $100 but get a shimano castaic its only $169, or even a shimano citica for $119. like said above you wont find a good baitcaster under $100

You can get a good deal at Wal-Mart right now or you will be able to soon on a variety of reels.I just got 2 Team Daiwa reels for $65 a peice.
