I’m looking for a 6’10-7’1, medium light, extra fast tip, 2 piece rod for drop shotting.  One that’s not overly expensive but not a cheapie.  All that I’ve searched, I’m not sure if that combination even exists.

Not quite sure what you mean by not overly expensive but the closest that I was able to find and would actually consider for drop shotting would be the phoenix feather 2 piece or the dobyns kaden travel rod. Neither of these is exactly those specs but either of them would probably work pretty good for drop shotting.

St croix avid 7' ML 2 piece would be decent. Not a lot of decent 2 piece rods with the correct action for ds imho.

Shimano SLX 7 foot XF - 2 piece

I'd look at solid tipped rods on the Japanese market.  2pc rods that split at the middle are common as are solid tipped rods for drop shotting which are all XF.  My gut reaction is a Jackall BPM because I have a M+ XF solid tipped casting rod I use for short drop shots in shallow water but the only spinning solid tipped rod they have is a light powered rod that tops out at 1/4 oz.  I'm sure other brands offer what you are looking for.
