Did you grab it on ebay? I believe i saw it on ebay or google images.

Some Japanese auction.  That’s what the sell sent me for pics.   So no idea what it’s painted with.  Was an accidental bid lol but I’ll put it to use

Let us know how it is when you get it. But i did see many custom painted reels from Japan, and its never done with cerakote or protected with an automotive 2k clear, so you will often see lots of paint chipping.

Yeah hopefully it’s well done at least.  Ha.  
 

I have  a daiwa Px-R that I want painted. Just need to find someone in Canada to do it for me.   Don’t think I can do it myself.

Don't do it yourself lol. I once tried to do it with spray cans (it was a pixy as well lol) and all i can say is OOOF. Side plates are easy enough to coat, but the frame was a pain, and it chipped so easily. What a mess that pixy was.

oh yeah!  I don’t have the time myself anyways so just keeping an ear out for anyone local.

It's a nice paint job, but personally I don't quite understand the popular obsession with this particular color. I call it "vomit green".
