Jewel spinnerbait....

Featured Replies

I haven't used them yet but they're built well.

Does anyone have any experience with these spinnerbaits?

I do not have experience with their spinnerbaits - but oddly enough I bought a bag of tackle at a yard sale and in it there was a pack of Jewel Bait Co. - "Spider Jigs" - the package says they were made in Bakersfield, MO - I think from the late 80's/early 90's - the jigs have worked well for me (I know that doesn't help you with the spinnerbait questions)

I've been using their sculpin plastic baits for years. I figured I'd try it their jolt spinnerbait as I fish murky water a lot.

Fingers crossed

Not to hijack OP’s thread, but I wonder if that sculpin would work here in south Florida. I know it’s meant to mimic a goby, but it also looks similar to a siren or amphiuma which we have here.

Yes they do. Got them yesterday. Got 2 16in LM this morning. I fish a small lake and creek made of soup.

I'll certainly be using them next summer at night on the bigger reservoirs.
