The few of those I have are also a pain to remove the dividers. Have to grab them with pliers and yank hard. And I have 3500,3600,3700 all the same issue. But oh well I like the box

Yea I thought about getting pliers but was able to remove by hand after some effort. I thought I might break the box just trying to winch it out.

Some of mine I can do that. I really like the boxes a lot. And I mean I guess if beats having to glue dividers in so they don’t pop out getting baits out.
