Content needing approved?

Featured Replies

Just curious if anyone can answer this. Why when I reply or post the most random things say it needs approval? No company names or anything mentioned? So I don’t get it

I’ve encountered this too. It might be due to certain brands or trademarks.

This happens to me from time to time.

According to the humans who run this joint, the anti-spam software is at work.

So I don't sweat it and simply go with the flow.

Acceptable posts are approved and published in short order.

Aside from that, it is far superior to scrolling through pages upon pages of utter nonsense.

Hey everyone,

Because our forum is as active and visible as it is, it naturally attracts attention from spammers and scammers. While our moderator team does an excellent job keeping that noise out, we also rely on automated systems to help flag potential issues.

If one of your posts is held for moderator approval, it simply means our system detected something that might need a quick review. It doesn’t mean you violated any rules or did anything wrong—just that a moderator needs to take a look before it goes live.

Moderators receive automatic notifications for every post that’s flagged, so there’s no need to send a PM about it. Someone will review it as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the forum clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Glen we appreciate all you do to keep it clean, and enjoyable! I’ve seen sites come and go over the years because checks were not in place and things got ugly!
