What don’t you like line j braid grand ?

I have grand on my spinning at 10#. Cast really nice.

I wanted to try samurai as well but I’m sure it’s slightly better.

    Only tried the standard j-braid in 8, 10 and 20#. Garbage. Extreme digging. Frays on random locations (especially on the 8 and 10lb), and you better cut the line, or that frayed portion will make you lose a lot of fish and lures.

    To me, the 832 is the gold standard for well over a decade. Desperate to find a braid that is thinner, slicker, doesn't fray easily, and lasts at least as long as the 832.

    I don’t have words for how much I hate Jbraid. Stuff gets abrasion/frays if it rubs against a marshmallow.

    832 is a much better all around performer.
