how do you rig a tube skirt up or down and i will be fishing from shore at a local pond with no cover only a island in the mibble and a few blown down trees near the middle

If you are going to be fishing around some wood and such, just T-Rig it on a 4/0 EWG hook and use a 1/8 or 3/16 bullet sinker, pegged with a toothpick.

I use a similar rig. The traditional inserted jig just doesn't cut it everywhere.
