What line size do you use i use 12# for crankbaits and traps and 20# for pretty much everything else? I fish mostly on kentucky lake between pickwick and paris.

Berkley Big Game 15# for every thing but flipping heavy grass & then it's 65# braided  

Technically, I fish Kentucky Lake, too. Below Pickwick Dam it's more river than lake so we generally refer to this stretch as just the Tennessee River. Anyhow, my recommendation is simple: Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra Soft, #6 for spinning tackle, #12 for baitcasters.
