I am looking for a worming and Carolina rod to go with my Symetre SY4000FI. I have no idea of what action it shoud have. Any help would be highly appreciated.

For a spinning rod, you're likely going to want to get a MH power with F or XF action

i do fine worming w/ my spinning rod which is medium power and a fast tip.

I would recommend a MH with a fast tip, or Med with an extra fast tip.
