Where to buy Hybrid line?

Featured Replies

Are there any retail stores that carry it?  I looked at Dick's but they didn't have it.  I need to get it tonight because i'm leaving for the weekend.

If you have access to a Gander, they should have it. Well, at least they do here.

Some Wal-Marts, all BPS and Cabela's stores.

Not all BPS locations have Hybrid.  The stores in Concord NC and Sevierville TN do not stock it.

Cabela's online is the only place I know of.

Lots of retailers carry original formula Hybrid, but Hybrid Ultra Soft is a little harder to find.

Cabela's and some Wal-Marts carry Ultra Soft, BPS does not.

DO you recomend hybrid or ultra soft?

RW has been recommending Ultra Soft. At least to me he did and I think he uses it himself.

I prefer Ultra Soft overall.  I have been fishing a couple of rods with original formula Hybrid just because BPS had 1000 yard spools on sale for $6.88 and I bought a few! On baitcasters, both work fine- nominal memory is not an issue. On spinning tackle I have a strong preference for Ultra Soft.

Cabelas has #6 ultra soft in the Bargain Cave now!

Not that I see.........   :'(

1lb spool?

Man I don't need that much line lol.

I re-spool and all but I don't fish THAT much in order to need that much line.

You don't have to buy this much. Cabela's also sells regular refill spools (330 yards/ 600 yards).

Yeah I know. I thought the special was for the 1lb spools only.

I'll take a look again. Been a long week for me. My thinking cap isn't on.  ;)
