What happened to the cheaper Carrot Stix at TW.com?

I see they still have the lower priced spinning and the higher priced spinning and casting, but no LTX casting rods any more?

Anyone know if there is a carrot stix shortage?

Yeah, I sent a PM to Delo's here and they never got back to me.

I wanted to know if the "Free shipping over $75" was applicable to rods as well.

If I can support a BR advertiser, I would much rather do that.

I met Brent Delo recently at a fishing show here, I think he's doing some traveling to those sort of things. I just ordered one last week (along with another rod and a reel) and it arrived yesterday. Shipping was free.

It is light as a feather and seems very well made, can't wait to give it a whirl.....we'll see how it fishes and holds up over time.

I am pretty sure it costs 16 dollars to ship the rods.  if you hit the buy tab, there is a little statement about a 16 fee for shipping rods.

I'm starting to think so. I ordered my 7'3" in October from e21 and didn't get it until Dec 24th. And on Dec 24 it seems like every story began carrying the other models. Now, everyone is running out again :-?

Just call the guys at TW.  They are always extremely helpful whenever I have a question like this.
