Daiwa Steez Flourocarbon?

Featured Replies

Looks pretty slick - definitely the most attractive filler spool I've seen.

But I'd like to know exactly how they "formulated" it "exclusively" for Steez spinning and casting reels  :-?

And sorry, I haven't used it, so I have no advice.  I'd be surprised if anyone here has used it...

Shoot Redline Robert a PM, I think he has used it.

I have used the 5, 6, and 8lb on my Steez spinning reels since last summer/fall and would rate it at least as good as Sunline Super FC Sniper.  It feels very similar to the Sunline, but slightly smoother.  No problems with line twist or any of the other issues some have experienced with FC and spinning reels.  It is now my #2 FC for spinning reels, moving the Sunline to #3.

if flouro is close to invisible why do we color it green?wouldn't that make it easier to see in clear water?i personally would stick to clear flouro.
