I have 8 rods all 5 casting 3 spinning I just want to know what to use 3 of my casting rods for one is 6,6/7,0/7,0 my shimano spiral wrap has a softer tip. My BPS has  a stiff tip. And my 6,6 quantum has an IM8 blank

Best bet would be to follow the mfr recommended line # test and lure weight for each rod.  Then see what bait you fish that fits that combo.

The way I do that kind of thing is pick something out and tie it on.  Make a few casts and decide if I like it or not.  By process of elimination I have found out what works best for me with my stuff.

Works like a charm. Everyone is different. You'll even notice that technique specific rods are available in different lengths, power, and action from different manufacturers given the same technique (ie. spinnerbait rods, crankbait rods...). You'll notice after reading several articles written about certain techniques by different professional fisherman that different guys prefer different attributes in a rod for that technique. Experimentation is all part of the fun in my (proverbial)book.
