Pitzen, Duncan or Sixteen - Twenty Knot

This is a new knot I have been experimenting with on heavy line.

It looks and acts like a noose; it is simple and easy to tie; and it's

pretty!

Anyone have a comment?

It is a simple knot.  Regarding it's strength, how does it hold up, RW?

Well, I mentioned on another thread that I am experimenting with #15 Yo-Zuri Hybrid on a couple of baitcasters. This is thicker line than I normally fish and this knot seems to work very well. I was just looking for some other opinions if anyone else was tying the same knot. It's new to me.

What I like is the tie-end on the outside which might reduce any "cutting" from multiple loops. It is very similar to the San Diego Jam, but the tag only goes through the top as opposed to bottom and top. On thinner line I might be concerned about slippage, but not with thicker diameters.

Just curious if anyone had tried it?
