Revo Inshore

Featured Replies

Has anyone had any experience with the Revo inshore?  I am thinking about getting one and was wondering if anyone had any first hand knowledge about it.  I love my other Revo's but this one is just calling me.

Thanks

Revo Inshore is an awesome reel for the money.  I picked up one on Ebay brand new for $160 shipped.  Modded it with a Bassart handle and knobs to match my Dobyns 795 Swimbait rod and the two were seemingly made for each other.

I hope that it is s good as you say, I ordered an Inshore off of ebay, I figured I can get HPCR bearings and a high capacity spool for around 160 I think that I just found my new crankin reel (plus I like high speeds on my crankin reels)

Thanks for the help

I fished my Inshore yesterday for the first time and it ROCKS!!!!!  I love that reel.  I had thought about getting a Revo Winch for cranks but still wanted the 6.3 gears and this thing is so sweet.  I just wish that I would have bought it sooner!!  I got it off of Lakeside reels on eby with ver quick shipping.

I don't own one, but I was watching the guys on North American Fisherman fighting big bull reds with those reels, and man they looked sweet. The drag was just peeling off really smoothly. They looked like the real deal. That will probably be my next casting reel.
