WOW, that is a good price.  Thanks for the info, I'll look at it.  I've about decided to wait though to see what the new Medalist coming out will be offering in the way of a combo.  I'm wanting a rod and reel both.  The new one is one sharp reel!!  Of course, I do know of a rod I could use with the Medalist you mentioned if I just got one of those instead.  

Anyway, I sure do appreciate you taking time to let me know about this sale.  Whether I get one or not, I'm glad you thought about me enough to pass this on.  Thanks again.

Hey Muddy my catalog whowed up today and it shows the medalist on sale.

I also see the Supreme BC for sale for $139. Cabelas also has a $25 off speecial on any order of $150 or more

I'm soon to be the proud owner of a new Pflueger Supreme

plus a 1lb spool of Yozuri to go on it
