Whats the difference between the 100s,200s, or 300s? And the Ds and Es between the curados and citicias?

As the numbers get higher so does the spool capacity and consequently so does the entire reel.  All "D" models are from 2008 while the "E" models are 2009.  If I have missed something someone correct me.  Hope this helps.

Pretty much, though I think the D series came out before '08, maybe '06? And just to add, reels ending in "1" or left hand retrieve. E.g. A Curado 201D is a left handed reel.

100 series. For really close range fishing. 50 yd line capacity with 10lb test. With the really light drag on those reels a large bass could actually spool you.

200 D series reels. A behemouth, like a Brontosaurus mounted on the rod handle.

E series. Aluminum frame with graphite side plates. Imagine ground-up pencil lead compressed into the shape of a fishing reel side plate and painted sparkly green.

300 series. Got great reviews in Catfish Pro magazine.

IMHO, the numbers of the reels mean they can handle stronger presentations.

So if I am using worms I will use a 100.  For cranks and spinnerbaits a 200.  So far, no need for a 300.

No difference. They are ALL reels.

Alphabetical letter designates model, 100-200-300 differences are Line Capacity & Reel Weight

A properly setup 100 will handle any thing short of big swim baits and any bass you can catch

I use Calcutta's & Cardiff's 50-100s to catch bass in the double digits as well as Red Fish in the 30# class and have never been spooled.
