I was just curious. Now the purpose of this poll is to gather thoughts about its looks. Like it, Love it, Hate it, Gotta have it.

I find myself somewhat mixed with a that is kind of ugly but it just might be cool to have.  Talk about being indecisive!

I' ll be getting one in March.

I don't particularly like the plain white reel.  It's kinda boring.  I do like the styling since it looks like the core, which is a sweet reel.   If I do buy another chronarch this year it will probably be a 50mg or B before they are all gone.

With a price tag of 299, I'd just as soon get another Metanium/Core they can be had almost everywhere for around that price, but hey whatever floats your boat.

No way I'd spend $299 on it when Zillion can be had for $30-$40 less.  It's a nice reel, but that price is way too high.

i chose that they were ugly by mistake  : i had the chronarch confused with the curado ( that green paint is hideous    ) any way , the chronarch is pretty much like the Core , wich is very nice !!! just the fact that they have VERY limited line capacity makes me not willing to ever want one ....

the core/chronarch mainframe is one of the most comfortable have ever used...no turnkey dials, no magnetic dials, no stealth bomber angles, no screw inserts.

put one in your hands and all you feel, palm or fingers, is smooth.

I hear you.  Unfortunately someone told Shimano that all southpaws have been wiped out by the toxic Lefty Influenza.  

For the high price, Ill stick with my calcuttas.

i fondled one at the international sportsmans expo today. i didn't like them from the photos but, in person, i liked it very much. it's kind of a pearlescent white color. they felt great. the shimano rep said they'll start shipping next week.

+1.  I was able to "Test Drive" at the ISE as well.  As I was not excited about the pictures of it, I was pretty impressed with how it felt.  I won't buy one, but they did feel good.  I was also able to try out Dobyns new jig rog  with a New Cronarch attached ;D.  It is one sweet stick you guys!!!!
