I jus bought a Abu Garcia Revo SX HS  off ebay and didnt realize it but the trigger wont reset and I have no clue when it comes to reapairing these things. So i was wonderin who you guys send yours to to be repaired, and cleaned..

you knew the correct answer all along.

You should have sent it to the manufacturer.  You could have gotten a new reel in return.

Yup and from what I have learned that is for 1yr and the original registered owner...

Currently my turn around time is currently 3-7 days depending on if I have to order a major part that I might not carry. Pure Fishing actually gets me parts faster than they would anyone else that isn't a service center....

Send it on, probably just a part that was installed wrong...
