I just wanted to give some props to our own Reel Mech. I sent him an Abu 4600 to have cleaned and new Abec 5 bearings installed. Top notch service. Constant and quick communication., He sent my reel out last Friday from Kansas and it arrived  in NC yesterday. I will definitely be him sending more reels for cleaning.

Agreed, he has a habit of doing more and better than people expect... fast, honest service is just the icing on the cake.

Reel Mech, I have an older citica that is in pieces.  I got it in pieces, and dont know what shape its in.  How much would you charge to put it back together?  Is it a reel worth fixing?

It is considered a basket case...If you got the reel in pieces there is a real good probability that all the parts are not there.
