Penn reels

Featured Replies

I may have asked this before, but has anyone used or even looked at the pursuit and/or sargus baitcasters? They sell them at Walmart for $150 , and they seem like a very simple reel for that much money. They have them on the Penn website under baitcasters.

I probably see more Penn reels in my part of Florida than anything else, extremely popular here, but not so much b/c (except offshore conventional).  Not that I have taken a survey but it wouldn't surprise me if I see about 25% of spinning reels Penn.
