Can anyone direct me to a set of instructions to modify a pair of pliers to make a tool to remove/replace the pin that holds certain reel spools on the shaft? I had it and lost now can't find it again. Grrr Thanks

    Yea I did at one time, not easy to drill the pliers or turn the punch.....

    The link he posted is an article I did and shows the pliers I made in use, it is used with a punch and vise.
