Looking at TW and got an itchin for a new daiwa reel. Specifically for senkos. The Fuego is on sale for $131 and the Aggrest is $149. Which would be better suited for senkos,flukes, Ika's etc?

Fuego is a better reel but you wouldn't want the salt from the sinkos to get on the Mg frame

salt +Mg = bad

The Fuego is a higher quality reel with better construction than the Aggrest, and it's at a lower price. It seems like a no-brainer to me.

I really want to try out an Aggrest, and I probably will next summer, but this one is a no-brainer unless you want a burner reel. The Fuego was a $250 reel a year ago.

Fuego without a doubt.  I'm not too keen on the aggrest, it seems ok but I can't help thinking that it looks just like a strikeforce.  I also don't get the hyperspeed gimmick
