I ordered a Revo SX from a seller on eBay, and it arrived today.  It does appear very nice, but for whatever reason, the reel handle will not turn-  its as if something is 'bound up', and it wont budge.

Is there something I'm not doing correctly?  Maybe someone has had this happen to them and knows how to rectify the issue?

I'm pretty sure the seller will be OK with me returning it, but I was hoping to give the reel a fair shake if it can be easily fixed-

Don't even try cranking it or messing with it SEND IT BACK!...

Does it reel backwards by any chance?  Just wondering if they lubed it up and put in the anitreverse bearing backwards.  Either way the seller screwed up big time.  However, if it is an easy fix perhaps the seller will give a partial refund, say half the origional price, and make the deal worthwhile.
