So I ordered a Cumara from ***.com I expected it to come today. Well Im in my room upstairs and I see the UPS truck pull up, so i get very excited. Turns out it was a lamp fixture my mom ordered! I called up *** and they say they never got my order. I hate ordering online!!!!!!!

Ask for an Order Confirmation. TW is great for letting you know 1) Order Recieved, 2) Order shipped with tracking information. You will just need a e-mail address. Plus free shipping over $50!

Depending on your internet provider, you may not get a confirmation email. Comcast sometimes lables their emails as spam, and trashes them before they make it to your inbox.

I'm thinking chances are when it comes up to the review your order screen, you thought that it was your invoice so you never actually submitted that. I did that about a month ago when I was ordering my rh beads for my humidor. Kept waiting and waiting on a shipping confirmation and finally went back and realized I never hit confirm.  :-[

Depends on what it is if I'll do this or not. haha If it's something I need to mess with now then I'll spend the extra money but most of the time I'd rather just get another lure or pack of lures.

Funny you say chocolate coins. They built a new bridge in my city and it was the quickest way to my high school. Well, when they finished building the bridge, they stuck a $1 toll before you could cross. We paid it for awhile, but it got pretty expensive using it twice, sometimes three, times a day.

One day I threw some chocolate coins in it and what do you know, the green light came on and the gate went up. I used the chocolate coins for about a week until I was out. About two weeks later there were workers there and the toll was out of order. I guess the chocolate melted from the summer heat and they needed to clean the inside. For a couple days the toll was free. I did feel real bad about it and paid with quarters the rest of my senior year. :'(

I recently placed an order and the same thing happened to me. when i didn't receive a confirmation email, i called them up and they solved the problem within minutes... I wouldn't hold it against them, they are great!

hahaha yeah! Today I said what the heck and spent the 10 bucks on overnight. But 5 bucks for ups 2 day is sweeeeeet.  ;D

the good news for me is I get my orders from T.W. the next day withoout paying extra. The bad news is I have to pay sales tax because I live in California.i would prefer to pay the extra shipping! T.W. is the best at what they do!

TW is great about confirming your order. Also great that I get my stuff in 2 days or less...and, as above, the bummer is we have to pay outragous sales tax.. >
