I'm going to buy a new reel soon and i've narrowed it down to the abu garcia premier and the skeet reese revo reels.. Which is better and what are some of the advantages?

Not going to lose with either of those! Do you want a yellow reel because at this upper level of reels looks is probably going to be more of the deciding factor.

Basically the same reel. The Premier has a dual braking system and the Skeet is centrifugal brakes only and has a longer handle.

I've got both and like has been said, they are basically the same except the Skeet has a bigger handle and its yellow and black of course. IMHO, you cant go wrong with either.

I would take the Premier for looks alone, like the others have stated. Also, the dual braking is a bonus and I prefer the swept handle as well.

I would go with the premier, for the dual breaking and because it's NOT black and yellow.

I like the feel of the bigger handle on the Skeets and I also prefer centrifigual braking.  One vote for the Skeet.
