brand boycott

Featured Replies

I have 4 Normans 2 Deep 22'2 the other 2 12"s all ran true outta the box, i have caught fish with all 4!

Cool.  I haven't tried other norman baits based on my experience with the Thin N, but on your recommendation I might give some DD22's a try since I need some really deep baits for a lake near my house.  If I get a bad one though, I'll send you a bill...  ;)

I save my hate for people who club baby seals and root for the Cubs. ;)

I've got no problem with any company that's in business to help me catch fish.

i boycot this guy! i club baby seals and i am a die hard cub fan!

My grandma was a lifelong Cardinals fan, then she started watching games on WGN and switched to rooting for the Cubs.

We figured she was going insane and stuck her in a nursing home.

::)

hmmm...I can't figure out the angst about certain companies though I certainly agree with all the "TV lures" and I can't stand to watch Roland or Dance because they just have a serial infomercial - not a fishing show.

BTW - that's what I love about Zona and WGF - he never even tells you the name of a brand of gear he's using.

The only product that I've ever actually bought that made me downright angry was Berkley Vanish.  I still think Berkley should let anybody who bought that crap exchange it for one of their other lines.  I happen to like a lot of other Berkley lines.

I boycott any rod or reel that is sold from wal-mart. no matter what make or model it is. somethings bound to break in half the time if you had bought it somewhere else. imo

am i the only one that likes eagle claw hooks?

Me and you brudda.  I don't much care for anything with the Berkley name on it though.
