Giving up on swimbaits....?
matt speaking for myself, i always look forward to your posts on here. you are a small scale manufacturer who makes an exceptional product (i fish with a guy who caught a 9 pounder off a bed on a local lake here that was frustrating tons of locals for a week in 5 mins with your ultimate gill) and i have read an article about you and know that you are a regular down to earth guy and do not make a killing off these baits, so i have no problem with you pushing your lures here whenever you want. i do not currently own any of your products but will be soon as im finally getting right on my feet with my money ( havent had much to throw around trying new stuff and keep my regular tackle replenished). but would def. like to try your baby bass. i have been wondering about you mattshad as well, how have your catches been on that lure?

Your Weapon When Fishing Pads
drag a finesse or trick worm t-rigged (pegged) with either a 3/16 or 1/4 weight. use braided line. i think fish around pads see way too many frogs during the course of the day. but i will fish a buzzbait through open lanes trying to come as close to patches of pads as i can.

Best shallow running crankbait?
ditto on the bandit 100 im partial to the rootbeer and various craw schemes. i feel it is a better crawfish/bluegill imitator when theyre eating the shad you cannot go wrong with the speed trap. chrome blue or rootbeer (its actually different than bandits rootbeer) and ive just started using a color called wedgy with good results

best basstrix KO?
if you can find soft plastic swimbaits for a buck a piece you'd better jump all over those.

Bill Dance In Florida?????
Which exactly why I don't like the guy. Relax, its just a bass! Ol' Bill is the man period. I don't care where he's fishing and what kind of junk he's hockin', he's still the man, plain and simple. I can't think of a TV fisherman I'd rather fish, or even just hang out with. Any of the Lindners or they're gang would be a very close second. you must be on the wrong website buddy

same bass twice? 2 hours apart
today i caught the same buck three times off his bed. i could have caught him more but felt bad for him. his female was about 10 feet away from him and the nest chasing away bluegill. the bed was right up on the bank (which i was fishing from). the fish was so locked on i could stand right over him (the rest of the spawners were skittish to my presence and i had to back away and cast to the bed to catch them). but anyway i could keep dropping lures on top of his head and hed keep picking them up but i was wacky rigging so he wasnt grabbing the hook. once i thought he did and set the hook and ripped the trick worm. whats funny was he actually kept that worm in his mouth then finally sucked it all in. i changed to a weightless lizard and caught him in two casts, while i was reeling him in he jumped and spit trick worm out. after this i tried to catch the female for a while but she was skittish. before i moved i changed to a senko and caught the buck again in a few casts. i released him again and walked and caught a few more bass off beds before i picked up the buzzbait and fished around the pond when i got back to the bed with the bass id caught twice, this time i rigged a light shaky head rig up and caught him again.

i know, i know another senko question
i was wondering if anyone has seen footage or heard how exactly todd faircloth was fishing the 6 inch senko with a 3/8th oz weight at amistad? was he dragging real slow or hopping it off the bottom?

Reviving Bass after catch?
i hold them over the boat and slowly rock them back and forth in the water till they bite down on my thumb and kick away.
-
What would you throw?
shakey head. 3/16th oz jig head with a green pumpkin finesse worm. if that wont work try a black finesse worm!
