right handed angler and just wondering whats better for flippin  a RH reel because i heard some right handers use a LH for this technique?

This falls under personal preference. You'll have to try both ways to see what works for you.

some guys that have a right handed reel (handle on right side) pitch with there right right hand and then as the bait is falling have to quickly switch hands to put the rod in their left hand as to be able to put their right hand on the reel handle and engage the reel . you following me so far ?? so these same right handed reelers would often opt for a left-handed reel (handle on the left side) so as when they pitch with their right hand they can have their left hand on the handle as to instantly have control of the reel incase they have to engage it instantly if they get bite right away

This is a subject that comes up often. It really is a matter of choice. I am right handed and all of my reels are left. Find someone who fishes a LH reel and give it a try, or go to a tackle store and handle one there. Good luck.

being right or left handed has nothing to do with the reel you use , it has to do with what hand you are acustomed to working the rod with , your other hand will work the reel handle

why stop at flipping?

its all about what feels good to you. i dont think you'll miss many fish by switching hands. if thats your reason, i say stick with righty.

im right handed. the reason i switched to left handed reels is because i have better bait control and feel when i hold the rod in my right.

exactly what i was saying about what side retrieve people use , comes down to what hand you use to work the rod , not if your right handed or left handed ........

i do all bottom lures left handed... and all moving lures right handed.... and that way through a day i get to give each hand a break.  its nice.

I'm right handed and I use a LH reel for all contact lures.  I think they feel more comfortable because I used mostly spinning gear until a few years ago when I started fishing LMB more, and SMB and walleye less.

I use lefty for contact lures and frogs, righty for moving lures and multi purpose setups.

I am right-handed.

I have far more sensitivity and strength in my right hand, so I hold my baitcaster rods in my right hand, and let my 'stupid' left hand do the cranking work.

It has to earn it's keep.
