Where is the best place to get Abu Garcia parts? I've had an order with Cast Away Lakes for 3 weeks now and still no parts. They said they had all of it in stock also.

best to order directly from ABU garcia at (800) 228-4272 or pure fishing at (712) 336-1520. be warned, however, they are constantly out-of-stock on many items. e.g., when i want handles, they're in stock but the handle nut and retainer will be out of stock; when they handle nuts come in, the handles are out of stock! extremely frustrating because they will not accept backorders and you have to pay the $3.95-$9.95 shipping charge each time, even if it's for a tiny handle nut retainer screw.

I too ordered a bunch of parts for my Abu round reel from Cast Away Lakes. Before it was all said and done, it took just over 4 months before I had everything, including them sending me some wrong parts...TWICE!

i would second the ebay for abu parts. there is always some posted for sale.

He doesn't charge you $8 "shipping and handling" on a dollar part. He's on ebay and has his own website.

I get all of my Abu5000 parts from him.

The most reliable source I have found is Coastline.

2nd vote for southwesternparts.com  got all my parts in about a week and a half for my revo.
