What is the best knot to tie a flouro leader onto braid?

If it's the uni to uni, what's the least amount of loops on each knot I can get away with.

15lb. flourocarbon to 50lb. braid

Also, how long do you make your leader?

I prefer a 6-7 foot leader so i can re-tie my lure often.

Check this out.  Notice that the Alberto is also a smaller diameter knot.  Tied my first one recently.  It won't be my last one.   ;D  Previously I used the Uni-to-Uni.  I now much prefer the Alberto.

Wow, nice knot guys. Broke my leader(8lb line) twice tightening down. The knot was fine, the line broke off 4 inches back. It's a little more meticulous than a uni/uni but stronger and smaller.

Previously I used the Uni-to-Uni. I now much prefer the Alberto.

I also find it easier/faster to tie than the uni to uni.

Alberto is a good knot. Always moisten knot before cinching. 6 foot leader should be plenty.

If you are really worried about knot diameter tie this bad boy..  Knot part starts at 1:14 or so if you wanna skip to it

I still use the uni to uni..6 wraps on the leader, and 8 on the braid..and no, the knot does not interfere with the guides. Even with heavy swimbaits, I've never had a knot break.

Yea I hear ya... The sebile works great though for tying significantly larger diameter leader line to your smaller diameter braid such as you would in some offshore applications. You wouldn't want to have to fold over 90# leader line
