I would go with the G Loomis 853c in IMX. I love this rod it is the ultimate multipurpose rod for me. It is a a awesome buzzbait rod and is deadly to use with jigs. I love it for spinnerbaits it is just a great rod in general. I have had two of them for 12 years or so and they are still catching fish. I love to throw spinnerbaits at night and man can you feel that colorado blade thump.   :D

    That's the rod I use for spinnerbaits, a tad heavy but the best action and power combination I have found.
