the water at bull shoals is 40' above pool and i cant locate the fish.

looked in flooded brush (forests) and main lake and secondary points.

any suggestions?

thanks for the welcome. i just "assumed" the fish were in spawning

mode and was fishing the new shore lines. with the original shore

lines so deep, that thought never crossed my mind. so you believe

the spawn has been delayed due to the excessive waters? oh, thanks

for the link!

Fishing in Missouri, especially south of I-70, has been absolutely trashed this spring due to the high and muddy water.  The fish seem like they're in a shutdown type mode and won't get back into a spawning ritual until things stabilize.
