dont have a lot more information at this time

probably wont see any of the agents till monday

A possible new Louisiana state record Largemouth Bass at Valentine Lake?

Valentine Lake is a small 45-50 acre lake that is nestled in the Kisatchie National forest about 15 miles west of Alexandria.

The bass was caught by a Lady by the name of Regina, no last name given & she caught if out of a kayak.

Great fish. Was it live released? They are out there, someone just needs to go catch them.

I heard it was kept over night and weighed the next day at 15.85 lbs so it goes in as number 2 in the books...

Just missed being a state record. If she could've founf certified scales the evening she caught the fish "they say" it would've been a new record.

I live 5 mins from this lake.I fish it everynow and then.The story has it that it was caught on a shiner cause she was white perch fishing.

For all that are ripping on her for keeping it, if it was legal to do, there is nothing to say about it.
