Welcome Spring!!

Featured Replies

Got 7" of snow last night- yippeee!

Buddy I feel your pain. It was snowing here in north central MA Thur night. Lakes in the area are still frozen for the most part. Highs are expected in the low 40s and lows in the 20s still so it'll probably be about another 1-2 wks before they're fishable.

Hang in there, we're almost at the bottom of the hill.  ;)

We got about 5 inches of snow here in PA. Kinda feels like winter will never end.....Hopefully yesterday was the last of running the snowblower for the year. At least the lakes are beginning to thaw....

yea got 2inches here in SW PA

For the most part the lakes hve opened up in N.E. Ohio. We got a few inches of snow friday night but it is gone. Now I am just waiting for my dealer to get me back my boat. They have had it since November. Could have picked it up a couple of weeks ago but we had 20 inches and I had them go ahead and replace the thermostats on the Opti to be sure they were good to go. It kept fouling plugs and the stats are notorious for that. At 24 bucks a plug from my dealer thats not cheap. However I found a site that has the same plugs for $12

I am ready for spring too. It was -6 this morning on my way to work in Northern MI. Bring on the sun and open water!!

I'm not as optimistic.  I fear we'll miss out on spring this year in the NE, and go right from winter into summer.

Most of the ponds are clear, I agree I think that we will skip over spring and go directly into summer. Tight lines everyone

61º today but, it rained through out the day and down poured at night!!!

I missed a bunch of fish (soft quick hits) and even missed one on top water...
