I fish mostly in Loch Raven, but am looking to fish somewhere new.  Loch Raven get's hammered with people...sometimes I think the fish are just mocking me.  

Does anyone know of some places not to far away from Baltimore to fish for green or brown fish?  I see all these pictures of 5lb+ and I get jealous.  I catch 3lb+ at Loch Raven, in the high of spawn, and want to cry.

how far is not to far? I am in Montgomery County so not overly familiar with Baltimore but I am sure we can figure something.

I don't mind driving an hour or so.  I've gone to the Potomic (Harpers Ferry area) but that is a really long drive for me.
