Nice fish NH Bass Tard.  I have some pictures from Umbagog but am having trouble posting them.  I will try to get them up tomorrow.

Nice one bass tard. My oldest son caught a 5lbs 7oz the other day. It was his PB. My youngest son caught a 4lbs 11oz the same day. That was a awesome day of fishing. Check out the any luck in southern NH as I posted pictures there.

NIce fish!  I'm gonna have to get out there soon..it so close to my house.

Yea its a great spot if you want to catch a monster. It's not so good if u are looking for numbers and a lot of action. I'd say that an average bass is about 2.5-3lbs. Those sized bass are very common. Me and my dad have already pulled out 4 that have been 5+, two of them being a hair under 6lbs. Right now the water there is very stained.

Nice Fish Tard... Looks like you guys have been sticking them pretty good. I cant get over the rain we have been having. Real life has been getting the way of getting out on the water looking forward to getting out on Sunday and sticking some fish.Tight lines....

Got out today couple of hours and did well. I caught 4 total smallest bass was 1lbs even, and the biggest fish were 4lbs 1oz and 3lbs 5oz. Here are a few pictures of the hawgs. All fish were caught out deep (12 feet on average of water) and close to drop offs.  My son did not want to go today due it was raining yet he wishes he went now.

I went out today also and didn't do so hot. I caught somewhere around 10 perch, had 1 sunfish, and 2 pickerel, but couldn't land a bass! My dad manage 2 bass. One was 3lbs 1oz and the other was a dinky smallmouth.

I really need to figure out how to pull in some numbers, it's pretty frustrating. My best day this year I caught 5 bass. I'm trying every lure and fishing all the "key" spots. Yesterday I followed a creek channel and fished it for about 2hrs, with no bass. I would stop and fish stump, rocks, and other types of cover. No luck.

My advise and take it for what it's worth, But fish the drop offs. I caught all my bass out deep with only using my depth finder as a guide. My sons and I have been doing well by doing that. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice unhbass. I fish at powder mill most of the time and the problem with  it is there really are no drop offs. It's mainly flat and shallow. The only drop offs are in the creek channel.

Hey guys went out this morning did good on the numbers but not to much size, 8 bass, 5 pickerel, and a couple crappie.

here are a couple pics

Nice, bassmaster6. Alot of people got skunked today where I was. I did lose a hawg today, But still managed 2 bass. Fishing was tough with the wind, No excuses though.  :) LOL

Fished a small piece of water from shore today caught nothing, i don't even know it if holds fish but it was worth a try.Yeah fishing is tough, the water level is high and it seems like the water temp. dropped alot.

good luck all

I got out yesterday as well. Hit up a local smallie spot.

Did prettty well. Caught 5 smallies (2 were around 2-2.5 pounds) and a couple pickeral fishing from 6:30am-11:00am. It was a little slow, and the wind was reallly blowing me around. I finally left because whitecaps were starting to form on the lake, and that's just too much for the canoe.

I'm gonna head out tonight. Good luck everyone. Hope you had a good fourth.

Edited to add:

Went out yesterday and it was such a nice day.  Barely any wind at all, and the sun was HOT on the water.  No that I'm complaining!

Caught a lot of fish, but nothing too big.  Biggest erer a couple 3.3 pound largemouths.  Good day, but the fising was a litttle slower than I expected.  Caught fish on all sorts of plastics.  Biggest on a GYCB 4" lizard out of a tree.

Hey guys got out this morning for a couple of hours and all i can say is WOW *** are AWESOME. These baits have great action and are tough. I caught 9 LMB, 7 of them were caught on ONE watermelon candy trick stick, the other two were caught on ONE 10" Hookup in green pumpkin. I will never buy a GYMC senko again!!

Here are a couple pics.

Nice Fish!

I got out yesterday as well. Caught a bunch of smallmouth, 3 of which were around 2 pound 9 ozs. Only fished from 7:00am until 1:00pm, but it was a gorgeous day and the sun felt great. I'll post some pics later.

All fish were caught on old senkos (one on a creature bait) from last year that I had left lying around. I almost think they work bettter the more beat up they are!

It's also funny because I could not ge a bite on anything but a senko. I even threw a 4 " and 3" sticko at them, and they would only eat my senko. weird.

Got out to sunset lake with my dad today which was good because I haven't fished with him in about a year. Fishing started off slow until I got my first smallmouth of the year which was small but I can't complain, shortly after that the fishing picked up FAST! Lost track of how many fish we got but it is safe to say we each did very well numbers wise, nothing big today but it was a lot of fun to fish with my dad again. Everything else we caught after I got that smallie was all largemouths. Here's a few random pics from today:

Sunset lake?  Is that in Hampstead by any chance?

Good job baboosicbass08, Great father son time. I really like to fish with my boys. I got to get over there, But lately I haven't enough time as It's a good ride for me.

3H Sunset Lake is in Greenfield, NH

haha I think we have a lake/pond called Sunset in hampstead as well :)

Went out to sunset lake in greenfield again tonite for a couple hours got a decent sized perch and a largemouth which got stuck in the ropes around the beach area when I was bringing in so it took a little to get em in.

Finally got out again on the water this past weekend.

It was only for a couple of hours in my float tube but it was nice to fish in the sun for once.

Caught 2 bass, largest at 2lbs. a pickeral and a crappie.

hopefully things slow down a bit and i'll be able to do some more fishing this week.

Tight lines everyone

I got out as well this weekend. On Friday and on Sunday.

Did really well on Friday. The bite was pretty good all day...catching a lot of 2-3 pounders, but nothing huge.  Mostly on senkos and yum dingers

On Sunday morning we went smallie fishing and it was a really slow bite, and super windy. I finally started catching them around 10:00am on a GYCB baby lizard on a 1/8 oz jig head fished around dropoffs.

Hopefully I can get out this week after work some nights. good luck everyone!
