Zoom ultravibe speed craw

Featured Replies

anyone have any experience with these?  my dad really likes them for jig trailers     they were on sale so i picked up a pack   just wondering if anyone used them before  thanks

I like them as trailers but like the Paca Craw chunks better.  I have also tried the Zoom Super Speed Craws and really like the action the have as a jig trailer.

I like them as a jig trailer on smaller finesse jigs. Sometimes use them in a light pitching rig as well

Speed craws are dynamite! Although I prefer Rage and Pacas the speed craw is a nice small compact package, great for those times when the bass seeem to want a smaller less intrusive bait.

The Zoom ultravibe speed craw Texas Rigged with a 5/0 Gamakatsu Straight Shank Hook took second in the SUNSHINE SHOWDOWN last weekend.

I like'em too but Rage Tails have replaced them as my favorites

i never tryed the rage tail yet  but i really like the ultravibe speed craw  t rigged  for smallies   great river bait   fishn look for a rocky bank that has a weak grade and just drag it along the bottom   should be a great bait for the creeks you like to fish

I use these baits Texas rigged when the fish are little tight lipped.

I prefer the Green Pumpkin and in stained to muddy water I go with Junebug. I went out a couple of weeks back and could only get bit with the junebug, my two buddies saw the difference between the Vibra Craws and their baits, the craw caught fish...

i love speed craws.  i use them as jig trailers, t-rigged for casting and pitching.  and they also work great on c-rigs

I use them for alot of presentations but my most used one is throw it texas rigged, with an 1/8 oz bullet sinker, and bring it off the edge of vegetation and then kill it.  I have caught alot of fish that blew up through vegetation to get to it and alot after dropping it outside the vegetation also.  One of my most versatile baits.

i use the smaller size speed craw on a lot of my jigs....but i fish the super speed craw texas rigged a lot more.....let me tell you this thing has amazingaction and catches me tons of fish. I havent used the rage craw, but if has better action than the super speed craw...id be shocked lol

NICE THREAD! I love the ultravibe speed craw. It is an excellent replacement for the horny toad, as it is much easier to set the hook.

Got some this winter and used them for the first time as 1/4 oz. jig trailers. Colored black with blue flakes (blueberry I think), caught a number of fish and one real nice 3 1/2. If you run the hook a little further before bringing it out, they'll rare back in a defensive pose...
