I have just relocated to Tega Cay S.C. from Tampa Florida. I was a saltwater kayak tournament angler, looking for someone to teach me the "ropes" of freshwater (Bass) fishing. I am currently job hunting, so available to fish anytime. I would happily split fuel expenses, bring beverages, and clean up duties.

Sorry I'm in NC if you don't get any replys here and are still looking to hook up w/ someone try NCAngler.com alot of folks post there from SC. You might beable to find someone to get you out on the water.

Yakdude one thing I offer is to look at joining bass club or try finding a guide.I get down to Lake Wylie sometimes but will be awhile.I mainly fish Hickory or Rhodhiss.

I am also from the charlotte area. Huntersville to be exact. Don't have any room right now but you might want to check out a local marina. Alot of times they have billboards filled with people wanting fishing buddies. Ncangler has lots of folks from charlotte area. also call a guide, they know 100s of people with boats. and I am sure they might be willing to split fuel cost. Considering that its not exactly cheap. I hope this helps.   :)
