Looking for maker of floating worms made in VA.

Featured Replies

I am looking for a bait company in VA that makes a floating worm.

I believe the company name is H&H or R&R. No internet site.

Anyone heard of them, I understand they are a local company maybe in the Alexandria area.

Any help would be appreciated

I believe you're talking about "R&R Custom Baits".  Rob (flippin4it) and I bought a bunch of bags of their baits earlier this year at the Richmond expo (formerly the "Bassarama").  Anyway, their baits are all hand poured and seem to be pretty good stuff.  Luckily, I got one of their business cards at the show.  I don't know how kosher it would be to post the contact info here (for all I know it could be the guy's home number), so I'll send you a PM.

I have the  # for R&R (804)706-9540. They are in Chesterfield Va.   Hope it helps, they make a great bait. Do your self A favor and ask about the Jigs. I used to work for Gerkin Jigs. The baddest of the bad when it comes to jigs.

Thats the # on the Business Card.         Woops, hey Drums!

I know they sell the soft plastics at GT, but I did not know about the jigs. Armesjr, have you tried the jigs? Give them a shot. I used to build them before R&R bought them out. Same jig though!

Also give "The Wright Bait" Company a call, 804.932.5005.

They are in New Kent and they sell their baits at Dance's in Southpark and at the Fishing Hole in Wakefield.

Check out Green Top for locally manufactured worms and other baits, too.
