NEW TO SITE WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS FISHED WALNUT CREEK . I HAVE HAD LOTS OF LUCK THERE CATCHING 8 POUND PLUS BASS . WOULD LIKE TO HEAR IF ANYONE ELSE HAS GOOD LUCK THERE.

I've never fished it but I checked it out last year for a possible trip this year.  I'm sure Wayne P. has fished it since he fishes all the local lakes around C'ville.

I don't fish it much anymore. In past years I fished it a lot. I prefer to fish larger bodies of water where 10 boats is not a crowd.

I've fished there a couple of times, I agree with Wayne though it can get crowded.

What's the weight of the fish in the picture?  

THE FISH IN PIC IS 8.5 MY BEST AT WALNUT IS 8.10 I WAS WITH A FRIEND WHO HAS 2 FISH OVER 9 AND A FEW MORE 8 WE CAUGHT ALL BUT ONE IN MARCH ONE IN AUGUST. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN IN THE LAST THREE YEARS. RATTLE TRAPS ARE TOPS BUT THE BIGGEST CAME ON A ZOOM  BLACK TEXAS RIGGED WORM. THE FISH LOVE THE MAIN LAKE POINTS.
