There are endless examples of globalization, but one that stands out is Princess Diana's death:

She was an English princess with an Egyptian boyfriend who crashed in a French tunnel,

while driving in a German car with a Dutch engine, driven by a Belgian who was drunk on Scottish whiskey,

who were being followed by the Italian Paparazzi on Japanese motorcycles!
