I just caught a segment from the Oreilly Factor about a PA court issue where an illegal immigrant is trying to sue the state.  I am not sure what all is going on to be honest but what I was able to catch from the piece I caught disturbed me greatly.  The judge has allowed the illegal immigrant to enter into this case "annonymously" and actually attempt to sue the state.  Both of which are not granted to US citizens.  However you can go into a hearing annonymously, but only under very specific needs pertaining to a minor or abortion laws.  The judge is believed to be allowing the annonymous title to protect the immigrant from deportation.  Because if the identity of the plaintiff was revealed he would simply be deprted.  

Well guys and gals if you ask me I feel the sucker should be bagged and tagged so to speak and deported immediately.  I think this old cooky judge needs to be over ruled  and the whole case should be thrown out.  If a person comes into this country illegally and makes decisions to not actively be involved in trying to support the U.S and become a legal citizen, he or she should be granted no rights that true americans have blead for.

I think this whole thing is hog wash and wanted to see what you thought.  Sometimes I think that people need to wake the hell up and quit letting these parasites clogg the american jusice system.  This should take about two seconds to decide on in my opinion.

Yup so much to say ..yet we cant even speak and practice freedom of speech in America anymore.But soon we ALL will have had enough and show that we ARE  WHAT MAKES this country not 300 politicians livin on our hard earned taxes.The time is coming  

My hope is that after the next election things will change for the better, like I said that' a BIG "I HOPE".  

If things stay the way they are, illegals might be give Diplomatic Immunity as well. ;D

Right now in America "Hate sites" like the Daily Kos are far more of a problem.

Just last week a judge dismissed a african immagrent case because they had no interperter-he was being tried for repeatingly raping a 7 year old! >
